Guild Rules

1. Respect for each other is Required at all times. Joking around and having fun is always good, and one of the best aspects of the game. However, there is a fine line between joking and being disrespectful. Members will be expected not to cross that line. No yelling or accusations
on vent will be allowed.

2. Explicit sexual or offensive language (this includes constant vulgarity) is not allowed in open guild chat or any ventrilo channel other than NC-17. We have members of various ages and beliefs and all deserve respect.

3. Your actions outside of the guild will affect the reputation of the guild.
Therefore, you are urged to be kind and respectful to all players on the
server.

4. For a two week period, upon joining the guild, all new members are
placed on "recruit" status. This is a trial period for all new recruits.
We are looking for members who have a good sense of loyalty.
During this period, you will not be allowed to bid on items during the
first round. However, if a "raider" or "founder" does not need the item,
auctions will be opened up to recruits. Also, "recruits" cannot withdraw
from the guild bank. However, you will be welcomed to use the items in
the guild bank by asking a founder, original member, or the GM to get the items for you.

5. By joining this guild, you are joining a raiding guild, and therefore,
will be expected to raid when at all possible. If you sign up and are
approved for a raid, you will be expected to be ONTIME, RAID SPECCED,
and REPAIRED. You should have enough consumables/reagants for
4 hours of raiding. Please do not come unprepared. You are expected to follow instructions carefully during raids. You are expected to perform at the top of your abilities when you are a part of a raid. If the GM does not feel this is happening on a consistent basis, the subject will be brought up to you privately. Performances are randomly evaluated through WWS reports.

6. During raids, after a ready check is issued, there should be no idle chat
on vent. During combat, vent should be used for combat communication only. Vent is available to all of us 24 hours a day for conversation. The NC-17 channel is even provided for unrestricted chat. However, 4 hours are set aside each night for raiding, and during this time, there should be no idle conversation in the raid channels.

7. DKP will be awarded for being ontime for raids, boss kills, and staying
for the duration of the raid. DKP values are posted on the forums.
DKP can only be spent on the character that has earned it. There will
be no sharing of DKP between characters owned by the same person
(or not owned by the same person).

8. Loot auctions will be done in three rounds. The minimum bid will be 10
DKP.

The first round of bidding will be open to main spec items to Raiders and Founders only (plate defense items for tanks; cloth healing items for holy priests; leather dps items for rogues and feral druids; cloth dps items for
mages/locks, etc).

Recruits will not be allowed to bid during the first
auction for their first two weeks in the guild (you will be earning DKP for
raids attended). This is a trial period for all new members.

If more than one founder/raider bids, there will be a second round, where the bid must be increased. If more than one person bids second round, there will be a third and final round where bids must increase again.

If no founders/raiders need the item for main sets, the auction will be
restarted and recruits may bid for main sets.

If no recruits need the item, at that point, everyone can roll for offsets.

If a tier token is not needed for an offset, it will be then be rolled upon for pvp tokens. This will be a last resort, as we are not a pvp guild.

9. Individuals listed as Members will not be allowed to raid. They are
casual players/non-raiding alts of raiders, and friends.

10. Please expect wipes during the raiding process. They will happen and
are a regular part of guild progression. Your repair bills can easily be
covered with 2-3 daily quests.

11. We have raid leaders for a reason. The raid leader should be the only person calling the raid or assigning any responsibilities.

12. Every one of us is human, and at some point, will make a mistake. Do not call anyone out for making a mistake. If the mistake was made for obvious reasons, the raid leader will handle it with a whisper.

13. There are many of us, and we all have to work together in order for the guild, and each other, to be successful. Holding grudges against each other is not a positive way to handle things. Snide remarks to each other is not a positive way to handle things. If you are asked by the raid leader to do something during a raid, even if it includes someone you dont especially like, you are expected to follow the raid leader's instructions. Outside of a raid, the Ignore function can be your ally; however, during raids, raid members should not be ignored due to the fact that sometimes communication is needed for the raid to be a success.

14. Drama is not welcome in this guild. If you have any intentions of causing or promoting drama, this is not the place for you. Some things will not be tolerated at all (ie. being mean and hateful to each other). However, every single thing cannot be censored and we should all be able to accept this, as it is a game, and everyone is their own person.

15. If a guild member is found to be in conflict with these rules, a warning
will be issued by the Guild Leader. If the individual continues to be in
conflict with these rules, a gkick will be issued.

***Please feel free to address any concerns or complaints in the "Guild Relations" forum or whisper Delyse in-game.***
